Fleire spent 18 years in marketing before building software. She started as a programmer in 2005 and took her first writing job on oDesk at 21, for one dollar an article. She built Third Team Media into a 40-person agency in Cebu, ran more than 100 client engagements across the Philippines, Singapore and the United States, and learned where approvals, brand rules and handoffs break down. Those problems are what she builds for today. She teaches as much as she builds. She trained entrepreneurs for the Department of Information and Communications Technology, is an ASEAN Certified Digital Transformation Trainer, and has trained more than 10,000 entrepreneurs in digital skills. Her #AILiteracy advocacy grew into AI Literacy PH, a sourced reference to artificial intelligence in the Philippines. Fleire is a U.S. State Department Professional Fellow through the Professional Fellows Program, posted to Chicago, Illinois. She has been a delegate to the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Nairobi, Kenya, and is an alumna of the AppWorks Accelerator in Taipei and an On Deck Fellow.
