From a Goldfish to a Fellow Goldfish

In this age of TMI (too much information), people indeed have an attention span of a goldfish. What to do?

  1. Make it easier for them to take the next action. Put bite-sized call to action with obvious clues on what to do next.

  2. Don’t give them a long list of items to process without a clear note on what to do exactly. STOP WASTING THEIR TIME.

  3. Give incentives in order for them to see the benefits of helping you out. Gamification is your friend.
