Living in Mactan, I am no stranger to being stuck in traffic especially when traveling to Cebu for events or meetups.
It takes more than 60 minutes to hail a cab and take the trip. Not to mention the additional 60 minutes to prepare, eat, and get dressed.
That’s a total of around 4 hours for a back and forth trip for you!
A good way to remedy the loss of productivity is to try and use Google Hangouts to arrange meetings.
When Hadi Othman visited us from Singapore, he noted a city in SEA that had the worst traffic. The remedy for it is to arrange meetings via Google Hangout.
