Ikigai

I read an article this morning about Ikigai.
It’s finding your reason for being – an intersection of what you love, what you’re passionate about, what the world needs, and what you can get paid to do.
It’s a challenge to find one.
You might study to be a dev.
But see yourself writing historical fiction.
You might study to be a nurse.
But find yourself tinkering with codes as a hobby.
You might study to be a marketing manager.
But find game dev more appealing.
Where do you find the middle ground?
My Ikigai is mentoring. And I am happy to be given an opportunity to do so with recent engagements.
How about you? What’s your Ikigai?
